August 2021 – Prosecutor General Maros Zilinka uses Article 363 for the first time to dismiss corruption charges against the former director of the Slovak Secret Service.
May 2022 – The Supreme Court sentences former Special Prosecutor Dusan Kovacik to eight years in prison.
April 2023 – Governor Peter Kazimir of the National Bank of Slovakia (finance minister 2012-2019 under the SMER-SSD) is found guilty of corruption by the Specialized Criminal Court.
June 2023 – A ruling of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic confirms the constitutionality of Article 363.
July 2023 – Marian Kucerko, a former police investigator, is sentenced to eleven years in prison and the seizure of his assets.
